Chalet Introduces New Home Under $1 million
The Chalet Design Team has designed floor plans and renderings for a new house intended for re-use. The house will cater to the client in the sub-$1million dollar price point.
Because not everyone has the time or resources to go through the design / build process, Chalet is working on this new design, without compromising site sensitivity or timeless architecture. The home can change in appearance from a hipped, gabled, or snip gabled roofline, depending on the given site. Chalet’s careful use of massing and materials is still employed in every details which gives each home the same sense of solidarity that all Chalet home’s project. What Chalet has removed from the home is the expense associated with a typical design/build project. This creates an opportunity for Chalet to deliver the type of home people have come to expect from Chalet, at less the cost.
