Chalet is wrapping up the architectural and interior design for our first renovation project in years. Working from a 1901 Denver Square that sits on nearly four lots in Washington Park, we have added nearly 2400 square feet while enhancing the overall relationship of the home to its site. honoring the original architecture of the building, the addition will fit seamlessly onto the site and create a legacy homestead for this young family to enjoy for generations.
